Hello, I have a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder that my wife mainly drives in Chicago, where parking is always tight. We were discussing how useful it would be if the mirrors folded in when locking with the remote, rather than having to remember. Is there a factory setting hidden in the menus, or is it more of a dealer reprogramming thing?

You should take a look at the vehicle settings menu in the infotainment system, specifically under "Doors & Locks." Some Pathfinders come with auto-fold options. If you don't see it there, it can be activated with Nissan's programming tools.

I checked the 'Doors & Locks' menu in my car over the weekend like you suggested, but I didn't see an option for auto-folding mirrors. Looks like my next step is to call the dealership's service department. For anyone who's had a dealer handle a programming change like this, do they usually do it while you wait, or do you have to leave your car for the day?
