Confused to the max

Okay so i have a 2021 RC with under 10K miles and recently i heard a faint clicking noise on the passenger side so i went to the dealership. While checking on it they mentioned that TSB had recently been issued for a front suspension component on some RC models for which i hadn't receive anything about that from Nissan. I also checked my vin online and nothing came up. I'm now totally confused if they confused my car with some other car or my system is not up to date? Anyone have a similar issue?

It seems like the dealership might've mixed up your RC with another model, especially if your VIN shows no TSB, sometimes systems aren't updated, so double-check with Nissan customer service to be sure

That does sound a bit off, TSB doesn't show up when you run your VIN, it probably doesn't apply to your specific build, dealers sometimes mention general TSBs without checking if your car's actually affected. You could call Nissan customer support directly just to double check, but odds are they just mixed it up with another RC trim or model year.
