Start stop question

My Pathfinder is the first vehicle I owned with the start stop feature which I was told helps with fuel economy. With that aside, as someone who has no experience with this system I have a question about it: With the start stop system activated I feel like there's a delay and the vehicle feel like it's about the stall in the first few feet. After that it's business as usual and drives normally until the next stop. Anything I should be considered about or is it normal?

I turned it off because I saw other people's reviews on this feature, some said that it caused other issues. I don't use it now.

@PatriotBuddy yup, same here, I never use this feature. I never needed it either

It's probably normal for start stop systems, but if it's bothering you, just turn it of and check the statistics yourself, with it and without it and then you can have your own experience and opinions on it
